obviously agree with the above said but as far as supplements i had some good results with "Lipo 6" and i hear they have a new version out lipo 6x but I havent tried it

I would try the new Hot Rox extreme. this stuff blew me away.....and I know most of my friends that have used too say they love it. I have tried Lipo-6 also, but the Hot Rox gave me superior results.

The best things is going to be doing everything mentioned above but don’t bother with HotRox or any of that crap. The best thing to use supplement wise is Thermogenic Thyrotabs, by Gaspari and stack that with an ephedrine based product. That will work for sure.

Get a solid diet, cardio, and drink water. Supplement X is not going to determine your success. If you have a good diet and you stay consistent you will see results.. if you don't you will see lackluster results.

its not actual asthma medication it is emphedra which is used to help asthma patients but it is marketed for bodybuilder. you can get it at bodybuilding.com

It is a broncodialator so it really opens up your lungs. I used one 25mg pill with the fat burner LeanFire by Instone preworkout. It worked really well for me, but everyones different in their own respects. You just gotta be careful when using these products because of course your body will adjust to them. Like I said I only used them preworkout ( 1 pill) but I know some guys that would use 4 a day because they got used to the effects. Just be careful and you'll be alright.
