Hey guys

Ive heard seen alot of you guys speak about different supplements that work, some good some bad

if all goes right and i get enough info im planning on buying some outlandish supplement then the Danish Bodylab

At the moment im useing, Creatin and Weightgainer, Fish oil, Ominim multivitamin

Ive done
Creatin
Weightgainer
Carbs
Protein powder


What really out there on the market, what works well what doesent, plz help me

The best weight gainer I've used is Cytogain, it comes with a bunch of **** mixed in, Creatine, Glutamine, and some other ****. Keep takin your multi vitamin, fish oil, and you should start taking BCAA's, Glucosamine, and Flax seed. There are so many supplements out there its hard to tell somebody what they should be taking, you really have to experiment with some of them and find what works for your body. But those are the basics that everybody should be taking while bodybuilding.

Yeah ive heard and read that some people had like negative effects became red, ect.

also as u say, english produckts have alot of difrent stuff in it
