Ight check it out... my parents arent big into the whoel creatine thing, actually they wont let me take it . Although ive shown them countless articles on it both pos and neg. Aparently a doctor said it was to hard on my kidneys, this statement would be true however if i wasn't as hydrated as i am. This is besides the point lol sorry i had to go off on that little rave... Would ya'll say cellmass, and NO by BSN are worth it. and if not whats some good stuff for me?!

your parents are just looking out for your best interest you cant fault the for that, creatine can do a number on your kidneys if you don't drink ALOT of water when on, i take cell mass and i like it a lot, i think its a great creatine source, a bit pricey but still works good, as for the NoXplode you can fins hundreds of threads on that stuff and they all say the same stuff, NO works for some and not for others, for me it works very well i get great pumps and tons of energy but that doesn't mean it will do the same for you, give it a shot, its the only way you will know if it works for you

Buy creatine, put it in an empty protein jar.

The most common reason why alot of water is supposed to be drank with creatine is to prevent dehydration. If your parents don't want you to take creatine, then take away their food next time they eat meat. You get creatine, albiet low levels, naturally from food.

Creatine is the most effective supplement to date that I can think of excluding ph.

tell your parents to research Creatine and if they do let them know to not to eat fish, beef, chicken cuz its in that food. if they dont research tell them its a steroid and they inject it into the beef we eat and the meat in hotdogs. its true though, its to make the cows bigger. just look at the kids nowadays to kids 30-40 yrs ago. america is going down a bad road and the people don't know or just don't care.
