Hey guy I got a question I had to leave rather sudden on friday and didnt get back till this morning. Now i was rushed so I forgot to pack creatine I havent taken any since friday afternoon after my workout. do you think I need to go back into a loading phase for a few days? or do you think it is fine?
no need to load again bro...if anything them 2 days helped your liver get a break
