Just have a few questions about some supplements and things here. Well to start off with what I have been taking up until now includes.

-Centrum Multi-Vitamin
-ON Whey
-BSN NO xplode and cellmass.
-Vitamin C (1000mg)
-Flax seed pills

Well I'm pretty much out of the majority of that right now and was thinking about switching some things up since I've been doing the NO/cellmass stack for a while now. First off I am currently starting a bulk, have a pretty decent diet down, but I always seem to struggle to get in as much calories as I'm wanting (I don't gain weight easily). So I did a little research and found TKE's Monster Food weight gainer, and it seems like a pretty legit product to get in those extra calories I'm wanting to get in. Wanted to know what anyone else's experience's or thought's were on it. Pretty sure I've seen Lil Big Junior on here talking about it before as well. Maybe some thoughts on it? Good? Bad?
Also I am thinking of going over to creatine mono (Creaform), because I just don't think my body is responding to the C.E.E. as it might the mono, never know until I try. However, I really enjoy NO xplode and the pump I get, however I was just wondering if it was ok to stack NO with creatine mono since I think NO has a slight bit of C.E.E. in it as well?? If anyone could answer that question that would be great. I am also looking into some BCAA pill's as well.

So possible new setup
-Monster Food
-NO Xplode
-Creatine mono
-BCAA pill's
-Vitamin C (1000mg's)
-Flax seed
-and possibly a better Multi vitamin?? any suggestions?

Also, figure I'd throw out some stats on me here. I'm currently 6'1", 187-188lbs (would like to bulk up to about 205, but having the hardest time doing it!!!) and last checked a couple months ago I was 10% BF (hand held electric reader) and I have been lifting for a couple years now. Any suggestions on anything here would be great. Thanks!

i can respond to one question for sure. i took no-xplode a while back, and most people think it has a signifcant amount of creatine in it. It only has about 1g/scoop. So when you take 2 scoops pre-workout our only getting 2 grams. Therefore i used to take some creatine mono with it to...3grams pre workout (plus 2g from noxplode) and then 5 grams mono post. i was fine with it. I did not like no xplode, but the safety isnt a problem.

Yea I knew it was a very small amount of C.E.E. in the NO, just wasn't sure about the whole mixing thing. Thanks for the help, I'm still debating if I even want to go with the NO. I've gone through 3 buckets of it, including taking few week breaks in between each, and with the last one I was up to needing at least 3 scoops to even start feeling a pump. So maybe I'll just eliminate it completely this time.

Anyone got anything for the few other questions I had??

Hey cmart I haven't tried Monster Food but LBJ seems to like it. The only thing with weight gainers is that for most they tend to take the place of food instead of an actual addition.

I use optimum bcaa's.

monster food = big nutritional values + big calories = big gains...try it, its an exellent choice of whey.
but just like freak said alot of guys use these sort of products like a meal rather than an addition to your daily food intake, dont make that mistake cos u will lose out...

Russian Bear is an unreal weight gainer its unlike anything else it will pack serious serious mass on u if u take it the rgiht way i 100% recommend that if your looking to try and pack on some size, also eat a carb enriched diet too that will help, does anyone know how much creatine is in BSN's Cellmass?

Thanks for the response guys. I appreciate the help. I really do already eat like a horse, usually 5-6 big healthy meals. I know a decent amount about nutrition and dieting just from tons of researching here and other sites, but I just seem to have the hardest time gaining the weight especially when I do run into those couple days during the week where it is hard for me to get that extra meal in at the end of the day because maybe I slept in an hour or two in the morning, so a weight gainer like this would be a great addition I think for my bulk diet. Glad to hear a good response to it.

I have noticed myself looking a bit bigger in the mirror, which is always more important of course, just hoping to find those 10-15 more lbs in the next couple months would be great. But hey at least for now I still have my abs!

Also one more question. LBJ I see there is only about 15 servings for a $32 bucket, seems like a low supply for the price, but would you recommend buying two or three buckets at a time since the serving amounts are so minimal per bucket?? And you know where I could get it any cheaper then that price? THANKS !!

some supps in the UK are expensive...i buy about 6 months worth at a time which is like 22-24 tubs & i pay £38 ($72 US) for each 6lb tub but cos i know the health shop owner really well + i buy in bulk he knocks off £4 per tub especially if i bulk buy for the gym...i dont know where u can get it cheap, especially if u live in the US...we sell it in the gym at £45 a 6lb tub...soooo i dont think u can get cheaper than $32 tho...thats a fawwwkin brilliant price if u asked me bro...id buy it & get 6 tubs which is prolly about 2-3 months worth for a 200lb der...with that u can prolly add about 25lbs of overall mass in the 3 months...
