thing about it you're BPM is goin sky high, you're body is always in a slightly dehydrated state, yet you're putting supplements in it, like nitrix...you're body's not use to it, so it goes WTF??? & it lets u know about it...you're body will go into a bit of a shock, so that light headedness is a result of that, so i strongly disagree, with what the person was saying to u, about u aren't eatin enough carbs...i do think there is a bit of truth there but not entirely. so he was a bit misleading to say the least... |
[the guy said that 3 pills, 3 times a day for under 200lbs, 4 pills 3 times a day for over 200lbs....he said the lightheadness came from not enough carbs, and the fact that the nitrix makes the heart beat a bit slower because it's easier to get the same amount of blood through the body with the help of nitrix. i asked him if thats safe, and he said the lightheadness was not anything unsafe, just annoying-like.[
Alright, so i have three containers of cell mass and two bottles of nitrix already here bought. I'm gunna save the nitrix for the wintertime when i'm not only more hydrated, but i will have more mass.
Should i go ahead and use the
cellmass, i mean its a good creatine right? or should i put that on the shelf and just use it with the nitrix? if i use this batch now for my upcoming cycle of creatine then i'll just buy more i guess for the winter.
