I just recently bought this whey protein supp, but noticed, at the back it says 40mg cholesterol. Now in comparison with a lot of other shakes, its very high yeah?

Does anyone know if this is good cholesterol or bad cholesterol?

and on a side note, has anyone used this product?

alright, thats a good idea. but why would they put bad cholesterol? i mean.. imo 40mg is quite a lot. considering dymatize whey elite is 2mg.

i dont know why they would put bad? maybe it cant be helped because of the ingredents they use, i dont think any companies actually add cholesterol to their proteins its just a by product of the ingredents, thats just my thought i really have nothing to back it with
