just wanted to see what everyone else does. When cutting do you stop taking creatine? just curious cause i never stop taking it when im cutting. and i have friends that swear you shouldnt take it when your cutting what do you think?

i just downt cut :-* ime always trying to get biger and stronger si it dus me no favers, but i do cycle the stuf to give my body a brake cos ime owanly 15

I don't stop when i'm cutting. The water retention you get from creatine is in your muscles. So the volumizing effect is a benefit when you get to a lower body weight.
