any creatine monohydrate is fine, you can buy fancy stuff like ethyl ester, but you dont need to. just get a repitable brand of plain creatine mono and you will be fine.

bodybuilding.com they have a house brand called HIGH POWER it cheap and works i have taken it also they are very quick when it come to shipping. however you are in the UK so that might not be the best idea as tehy are located in IDAHO. You should ask LIL_BIG_JUNIOR where to purchase sine he live in the UK also it is probably cheaper to purchase it from a UK base company then one here in the states because of shipping fee's

ok kool i will when i sea him, stuf is still genraly cheeper over in the us eg tub of nitrix 60 dolers workes out at like 30 uk rufly but its cos 55 uk if u bey it here
