Hi im kinda new here im just asking if someone has tryed this kind product? cause i have just bought em so im just wondering if anyone has tryed it does it work?

well it says on the front hormone support , lean muscle ,strenght , libido ? whats libido? could be great if someone could explain me it :)

well the ingredents are magnesium , zinc,StAR-P2 ,Androgenic-anabolic testosterone matrix , inositol hexaphosphate,tps3,gf5,igf,fgf,ngf,epf,gtcp,safed musli,eurycoma longifolia,coleus forskohlii,microcrystallinecelluslose,stearic acid,povidone,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose & polyethyene glycol

thats all whats on the ingredents :p

libido is sex drive, so its pretty much GH precurssiors. zma, some longjack, it might increase test levels, personally im not a fan of BSN but thats me. on the instructions does it say to take at night? the reason i ask is that ZMA is a night time supplement. which i like to take just because it make me sleep great and give me crazy dreams!!! so once you start taking it if you notice your skin being more oily then it is probably working, however I just noticed your age at 17 i wouldnt recommend ANYTHING that is going to alter your test levels or hormones in any way since your still developing. I would stick to multi vit, protein, creatine, EFA's, and a good diet that all you really need at your age. at 17 your test levels are very high to begin with. Hope That helps a little even though I didnt really answer your question if it works or not. never taken it so I dont know first hand

its allright yea im 17 , but i got creatine and protein powder , but i get this weird feeling that it dosnt work , hehe , so i just started buying bsn products for fun first , but i bought soem called cheaters from bsn so i gained 5 kg in 1 week what was strange to me ,
but i want to boost up my testo faster :) and get bigger , well it dosnt say anything that i should take it at the night , only with meals 2 pills per meals 3 times a day

zmax is a good testosterone realy dus wack ye pouer up and i meen like u go in 3 days after starting with it and i could ad 20kg to my prevous max bench press just like that but no more meraculas jumps in strenth sinse

cheater are carb blockers there is absolutly no evidence to support carb blockers working. also you have to realize that your diet and protein intake are the most important things, supplements are just that they supplement your diet. How much protein are you eating a day? also how many meals? post your diet and routine so people can help you out.

well i havent been taking creatine or protein for few weeks after i bought some bsn products ,


7:00 at the morning i wake up , get some breakfast like yoghurt or cornflakes ,
8:30 il go to the gym
11-12 o'clock il fix some meal like chicken with potatoes or rice ,

16:00 fix up meatballs , potatoes ,

18:00 again to the gym


20:00 snack time :p pizza or something hehe



well i dont really watch after how much protein it has what i eat :) , i just fill me up with cheaters like from 2-4 pills i choose befor each meal and after

my training routines are kinda weird :p most of the time i do only biceps or full body :)

Your only 17, you really shouldn't be using anything that messes with your testosterone levels.

Honestly your diet looks like crap. Theres no reason for you to use carb blockers either. Short term wise, carb blockers are made to mess with enzymes so carbs don't get digested into the body, they are just passed out. Why would you take them when your only getting in three meals a day?

You need to change things. You need to eat once every two-three hours with small meals that are balanced with protein and carbs.

What other supplements are you taking? And what excercises do you do when you train?

wow i dont know where to begin, ok first question why are you going to the gym twice a day? and why do you do only bi's or full body? you should be on a 4 or 5 day split hitting each muscle group once a week. now if your trying to get bigger which I assume is what you want you need to eat enough calories. take your body weight and multiply it by 15 then add 500 calories to that and that should be more then enough for a good bulk. now for protein you will need 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of lean bodyweight, spread throughout the day over as many meals as possible. Count 4 calories for every gram of protein. You will need 1.8 to 2.3 grams of Carbohydrates per pound. Count 4 calories per gram there as well and 15 percent of your diet should consist of clean fats (olive oil, flaxseed oil, ...) at 9 calories per gram. That should give you an approximate idea of what you are ingesting. also you want to eat immediatly upon waking some kind of fast acting protein and complex carb, i usually will have egg whites, 1/3 cup of plain oatmeal with a scoop of protein in the oats. the eggs are more for the aminos then the protein. also it is a good idea for you to ingest a slow digesting protein before going to bed. for this you cant a casein protein i.e muscle milk bsn has one also. now if you dont want to buy that you can get fat free cottage cheese thats a casein protein.

yea i know :) im kinda new to this pumping up this :) well i do take only axis-ht and cheaters atm :)

but i could need some help with fixing my diets and meals better if someone could help :)

well i do most of the time dumbbell curls and incline curls , full squat , front squat , dumbbell bentover rows , and some other stuff stuff on thoose freaky machines

eat more frout and snack as well, i have 4 main meals and snack between eatch 1, and owanly to gym 1 time a day u might as well get yore days work dun in 1

if you can afford it or your parents will pay for it ask them to get you a trainer just temporarily so you can get a routine down, or buy some literature. bodybuilding.com has great exercise database that will show you hundreds of different exercises its a good tool for beginners. also watch the people at the gym that know what they are doing the ones that have good from and ask questions obviously not when a guy is in the middle of db pressing the 145's but in between workouts. it can be intimidating being new to they gym but dont be everyone started somewhere. i heard a good saying before "even a diamond starts off as coal"
