ye i think its wot ime going to go on it its got createen and hi in carbs, do u think it could be be used to replace one of my meals ?

I use ON's 100% Casein (Chocolate Supreme Flavor) every night as last meal. It rocks. The Casein is supposed to take twice as long to matabolize, so it provides fuel overnight without having to get up to eat.

I was wondering whether any of their other products measured up.
