it would be nice if we could give you an answer, but everyone is different and no one responds to supplements the same.

and i hope you don't think that supplements will be the driving force behind your size. it all starts with your diet bro.

Yeah bro, just eat, eat, and eat somemore. Your pysique is 80% diet, so make that a staple of your program. don't rely on supplements, they usually just make you dependent on them and burn holes in your wallet.

you need a supplement to give you mental motivation? your lifting weights and getting big what other motivation should you need!

but i guess if you are looking for a beginner supplement starting point you could use...
