most supps put strain on the liver or heart when it comes to most cutting agents, & as you're 16 you havent fully developed enough yet...but it's only whey that u wanted next time tell the guy to piss off cos he dont know fuk all, & had no right to refuse sale...find another shop

im sure 99.9% of guys here will say take the supps, you'll be alrite mate, i started take whey when i was 14, & i bet most guys here did too...

taking whey protein would be a good idea around 8th grade, say 14 years old. Definately by freshman year of highschool. As for creatine...i waited until I was 17, and I have no regrets. I felt that was a perfect age not only physically, but I had finally learned enough about working out and nutrition that it all came together. So, supplements i would say about 17 or 18, but the whey protein can be had a little earlier.

If someone refused you the right to buy whey protein they are not only a bad businessman, but a complete moron. You should of reported him to his boss because he obviously knows jack **** and he could really hurt someone if he's hyping up certain supplements for the wrong individual. Wow, that really pisses me off. Nothing like going to the local healthfood store to see some fat guy smoking a cigarette trying to sell you overpriced supplements. It's a joke.

anyways...good luck and get pumping.

These are all fine for your age: whey protein, bcaa's, flax seed oil, creatine, general multi-vitamin.

Stay away from pro hormones and steroids. Get your diet and training in order and very important to just stay consistent and you will see results.

It doesn't sound too legal to refuse sale for protein just because your under 18. If your not gonna get protein from a jar, you get it from a cow.

Find another store to go to at any rate.

Oh you think vitamin C is bad? It's the death sentence for anyone under 18 who is caught breathing.

Seriously though, if I were you, I'd report that stupid **** to the owner. Listen to what everyone else is saying, protein is found in every single non-processed meat and dairy product, so if it were illegal to sell protein to anyone under the age of 18, I guess eating meat and drinking milk are illegal aswell. Dumb****

well, whey is harder for the body to digest so it puts more pressure on the inner organs.... but its not very dangerous....
my mom went down to where i buy my supplements (remember i told u she was worried about my health?) and she asked this pro bber if it was dangerous for me to take it..
his reply was: dangerous?? are u serious?? not dangerous at all.. most ppl eat too little protein, so i believe taking whey is good for him.

see... its not dangerous... but dont eat more than the label says...
