protein is such a staple in my day i dont considor it a supplement, just a necessity. even tho trust me i understand the english language cause we are supplementing real food with powdered protein.

but anyway, my main stay supps are assorted amino acids and creatine. i guess i would take one of the two...but there are about 2-3 other handfuls of pills i take per day lol, viatmins, fish oil, lechitin, milkthistle...etc etc etc...
