just wanted to hear other peoples opinions of HMB. I took it a long time ago when i first started lifting but I dont really remember if it did anything for me, or i was so new that i didnt know if it did. anyways just curious of other peoples experiences
i took it when i first started. i dont really think it did much, maybe helped with soreness. What I do know is that after a few months of lifting, its recommended that you stop it. I think after 3 months you have no response to it.
