doesnt really have to do with age though, I'm the same height and I'm 245lbs, at the same age I was only 185and I thought I was scrawny. With a frame that big he should weigh more, IMO.

I'd just like to add my own query.
I would also like to gain mass but i don't make much money and so i need to keep it as cheap as possible but there's also another problem that i have.
I hate to eat first thing in the morning, i just don't have the appetite for it and i always feel rough if i force myself to. Don't know why.
Also i can't really stomach eating more than 4 meals/snacks a day. i always feel sick when my gut's full and it makes my supplements hard to take when i feel like that.
Can anyone give me some pointers?
The supplements i take are
2/3 Interactive Mammoth 2500 shakes per day with 2 scoops of semi skimmed milk powder per shake.
1 5g Inner Armour Creatine Monohydrate per day.
1 a day Seven seas Multivitimin with probiotic.
1 a day Cod liver oil supplement.

Weight: 85kgs (down from 90kgs)
height: 6'3
Age 30

You need to eat just to feel what its like. I know you are saying to yourself, I'm 30 I know what its like to eat. No, you really don't.

I never used to eat, I used to eat 1-3 meals per day and could never eat in the morning. Plan a diet with 7-8 small-medium meals and stick to it for a month.

At first feeling full will feel awkward but your stomach will adjust and you should be fine and eating regularly in no time.

If you are looking to gain mass the only way to do it is to eat.

can get abit boring, but its only, say, for about 1/2 an hour a day every few hours. But you just gotta think in your head that its doing you good and with out it the time in the gym is a waste. Plus the food i do eat is nice and filling so it does the job fine

When eating multiple meals throughout the day you dont want to stuff yourself at everymeal to the point where you couldn't eat another bite. Meals have to be kept in smaller portions to help your body digest and absorb all the nutrients it can, if you flood your stomach
then not all the nutrients get absorbed into your body and they just pass through your system...wasted.

Hi guy's,
Don't get me wrong, i love to eat also but not often. when i eat i eat big but it's only at certain times of the day/night when my appetite kicks in. i think my training is good and my supplements are ok it's just eating so many smaller meals when i know that half of them will be forced because i'm not hungry.
I think my work has a big affect on my eating habits. I work shifts of 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6 and the mornings are what hurt most.
