is this the best weight gainer out there?

it tastes better than any of the 4 others i have tried. i think it works better too.

has anyone else noticed that it is the messiest too though? the granules act almost "charged" and some seem to practically shoot off the scoop. consequently my apartment is a mess.

it works , and goes down easy , idk if its the best , but helped me gain weight when i tried for my first time

there are sooooo many arguements of what the best supps, n weight gainers are out there. but personally id sayy try them out n the one that works best for u is the best one...ive tried so many even n-large n it did't do much, but monster food worked perfectly for me. what agrees with you n your body, go for that.

LOL!! Yeah, I noticed the "charged powder" effect from it. It's a good one IMO. I like BSN's True Mass, as they are using complex carbs rather than simple sugars. It helps to avoid the massive insulin spike and fat gain.

I typically make my own weight gainers though. 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of raw oatmeal, 2 scoops 100% whey protein, and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. That comes out to around 900 calories. 80+ grams of protein, 100 g of carbs, 20g of fat. I'll sip on this slowly over the course of an hour or so, rather than slamming it all at once.

all i use is monster food
74g protein, 1260 calories, n complex carbs, PER SERVING

its a bit pricy, but ive used it for 2years or more give it a go. its worth every penny
