LOL!! Yeah, I noticed the "charged powder" effect from it. It's a good one IMO. I like BSN's
True Mass, as they are using complex carbs rather than simple sugars. It helps to avoid the massive insulin spike and fat gain.
I typically make my own weight gainers though. 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of raw oatmeal, 2 scoops
100% whey protein, and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. That comes out to around 900 calories. 80+ grams of protein, 100 g of carbs, 20g of fat. I'll sip on this slowly over the course of an hour or so, rather than slamming it all at once.
