Lately sometimes I'm kinda tired when I go to lift. I need a little something that will get me going, but will still help burn fat, and isn't a real harsh stimulant.

I've tried thermogain, and that worked okay, but I didn't like the tri-creatine affect. I've also tried this stuff called 'diet support' by now, but that didn't give me much of a boost. I tried taking sugar w/ my creatine pre-lift, but that only lasted an hour max.

Basically I need something that will give me a decent kick for two hours or so, part thermobolic/fat burn, and is not a harsh stimulant that will make my heart race or anything.

Anyone have any luck in this?

You could try ginseng. Good stuff.

The Best Ginseng on the Planet
