Creatine, $$= Best options?

I just kinda want a crash course in creatines. I understand the science behind them etc, but I've only used two so far- EAS Betagen and I'm about to start Cellmass. The latter is expensive, and I'm only giving it a shot, so eventually I'm gunna need a creatine that i can take regurlary and afford, so i was wondering which is a cost friendly creatine, yet effective.

I have always used higher power creatine from bb.com but am going to try scivation when this runs out.

The main thing to remember is to only by powder NOT liquid.

Something around 40-50 bucks a month I guess would be ideal. Paying 50 a month for betagen ain't that bad. I think cellmass is just a little too pricey, although if i cut out the nitrix it's within my price range I guess. is cellmass worth it then without the nitrix?

yeah, i really liked it. you don't get bloated at all, and you keep cut up. plus it reduces soreness and definately has helped my squats.

You should be able to find 40 servings of Cellmass for around $35 bucks.

you can get creatine much cheaper if you dont want the fancy name, and pictures of big ron on the label.

thats right! the pic of for example is about 50% of the price to be honest... its just like if u buy a pair of jeans for 30$, 15$ will be the name of Levi or Armani...

Ya should just buy normal creatine, and mix lots of sugar in it. Sugar is what ya need to make creatine work good, ya have to spike ya insulin level to absorb creatine. I suggest Micronized Creatine on bodybuilding.com, 30 bucks for 222 servings

Not processed sugar, that **** defeats the purpose of getting into shape, in fact the only shape it will give you is round. Rely on simple sugars derived from fruit juices to drive creatine into the muscle.

You actually don't need alot of sugar to cause an insulin spike, and eating alot of sugar and being in bodybuilding don't exactly mix. Like Sparky said, fruit juice is the way to go, but not fruit juice ****TAIL, regular fruit juice.

Ya can eat anything with simple carb though, ya dont exactly need sugar or fruit juice. Take anything with simple carb. I use white rice, and sugar sometime

Although I don't suggest it, using table sugar is better than nothing.

Normally, I personally just put it in a protein shake...

Honey is a great source of natural sugar.... just snake a handful of the little packets from your local cafeteria and put it in your car or gymbag.... makes creatine insulin spiking a cinch.

Yes sugars actually drive the creatine into the muscle but, and this is a big but, processed sugar is really bad for you. Idealy you want to mix your creatine in with your whey or take it with a natural fruit juice (not concentrate) or take it with water and chase it with an apple or a banana.

Mixing plain sugar is a **** way to do it but in a bind it will work. IMO processed sugar has no place in bodybuilding.
