where is beef/chicken/eggs in your diet? if that is your entire diet, does not seem to me like you are getting enough protein for a 200 lb person.

I do eat chicken and turkey during dinner. But my family is vegetarian, so it is hard for me to eat a lot of meat, and since i am Hindu, i cant eat beef. I try to eat as much protein i can. But becasue of my diet, i have to turn towards protein supplements. I need to know supplements that will be helpful for the off season and during the season.

I'm gunna leave the diet up to someone else.

Try EAS Betagen. I used that for football and wrestling. it'll help you put on some lean muscle mass, but more importantly it will help your muscles recover faster. Also, you won't fatigue as quickly.

I have not done enough research on vegetarian bodybuilding diets. The one thing I can really tell you, you probably already know.. make sure you get complimentary proteins and then just use supplements.

I would suggest 7-8 meals spread throughout the day each meal having carb, protein, and fat. Stick to complex carbs and unsaturated fats.

for football in HS i used to creatine pre and post workout. creatine monohydrate with NO as well. You have to try some things for yourself, somethings work better for some people than others.
