The directions to cellmass state that you should take it on an empty stomach following your workout. But I always have a postwork out shake with a load of carbs. what do i do?
i take my serving of cell-mass immediately after my last set, wait for 20 mins, then consume a shake,
sometimes i consume a serving of cell-mass 20 mins before my pre-workout meal (on an empty stomach) and consume my shake immediately after workout
