hey

For my supplement routine if I have Whey Protein Powder(24g), Glutamine, and BCAA's is that enough to aid in my muscle gaining. Can I get bulked and bigger without using creatine, I did use creatine and want to just use those three sups, can i still get bigger? What will the difference be? Thanks guys means alot. Give me advice too add some supss if you know of any im missing.

Make sure you are consuming a minimum of 1 to 1.5grams of protein per lb of body weight. What you are using is def a good starting point for building muscle... Just out of curiosity how old are you>

Your diet will determine what/if you will gain NOT your supplements. Post your diet.

it also depends on when your taking your whey, etc. you want to make sure to take it post workout, and increase the carbs as well in the postworkout shake.

Drop the glutamine, unless you have intensial problems you don't need to supplement with glutamine, it's otherwise not proven worthwhile.

Bulking depends on your diet most of all.

That aint a bad start but u need more carbs. For breakfast try avin 4 egg whites, oats with milk and a banana. Try for lunch to tins of tuna with pasta. Eat out aswel. they serve lovely mixed grills and fish pies and always ask for extra like more eggs and replace the chips wiv potatoe. Dont forget your roasts. I have 3 huge meals a day and then 3 normall sized ones like the pasta dish and omlets. Snacking usually consists of fuit and sanwhiched or toast with penut butter. Dont forget there are many ways to cook eggs that can be served with most dishes.

Two words... Costco Chicken! I feel like that's all I eat sometimes. And by that I mean the whole chicken, not just the breast. It's a lot of chicken and it's only like 5 bucks. If you have access to a Costco I highly recommend it. I also try to keep my fruit intake down because of the sugars in them but your mileage may vary on that.

you guys are crazy. EAT MORE! im assumeing you weigh under 200 lbs. so you need atleast 35 gm of pro. per meal x 6 = 210. and thats a minimum.add carbs and good fats to get yor calories up. it gets more technical from there, but that is where you start.
