Hey guys,

i just wanted to know if there is anything else i can do to gain
lean muscle mass, and mass in general.

I take Aussie Bodies Whey Concentrate, twice daily (after training and before bed), i eat eggs, yogurt, cheese, milk, baked beans, lentils etc etc.

i am vegetarian, (no fish or meats), and work out about 2-3 times a week, for about an hour each. I do eat a lot, since i was told thats how 2 gain mass, and i eat reasonably healthy as well.

is there anything else i can do in terms of supplements ( i take a multivitamin), and/or foods, to help me gain mass?

i am 19, and about 150 pounds

thanks

my diet is pretty healthy.

Meal 1: Weet-Bix and Protein Shake(made with water)
Training
Meal 2: post training Protein Shake (made with milk) + 2 fried eggs + baked beans(425g)
Meal 3: Toast with Peanut butter + banana + cheese
Meal 4: Dinner - indian food lol, lentils, rice, veggies etc + 100g yogurt
Meal 5: before bed protein shake

i was taking nitro-tech hardcore for a while, but its really fkn expensive.. so i stick with aussie bodies and horleys proteins. wat else can i take? creatine mono?

my diet is fairly consistent, but fluctates a bit during uni

any help appreciated from anyone?

I think a little junk food is o.k if you can't get anough with a clean diet. But I mean pizza and burgers not cakes.

Is it just a personal choice to not eat meat...juicy, bloody, tasty,...sorry got sidetracked. Or is there a medical reason you dont eat meat?

you gonna have to eat meat if ya gonna gain some real mass. you cant just take supplement for all your protein. here a quote from the first Mr. O, Larry Scott and by shawn ray

"Bodybuilding is 90% diet", which mean eat meat

yeah not eating meat is going to be hard, you need about i dont know 500 eggs in your fridge at all time if your not going to eat any meat!! 10-12 egg whites every morning with 1/2 cup of oats. stay away from the dairy, try to get your fats from clean sources like peanuts, efa's, stuff like that, you could also pick up a tub of weight gainer not just protein. also eat some casein protein right before bed either from a whole food or shake. also it looks like 2 of your meals basicly have zero protein

Well, I hear eating dairy products help you stay lean, since make your body release a hormone that help your body burn fat and not store fat. (But I don't know for sure, but the yogurt commericial seem to say the same thing) and peanuts are good protein source. And have EFA too
