my diet is pretty healthy.
Meal 1: Weet-Bix and Protein Shake(made with water)
Training
Meal 2: post training Protein Shake (made with milk) + 2 fried eggs + baked beans(425g)
Meal 3: Toast with Peanut butter + banana + cheese
Meal 4: Dinner - indian food lol, lentils, rice, veggies etc + 100g yogurt
Meal 5: before bed protein shake
i was taking
nitro-tech hardcore for a while, but its really fkn expensive.. so i stick with aussie bodies and horleys proteins. wat else can i take? creatine mono?
my diet is fairly consistent, but fluctates a bit during uni
