Because of a tough time schedule with classes, I've had to adjust when I am going to take my supplements. Wanted to run this by you guys and make sure it's still effective taking the supplements at these time intvervals.
This is an average day, but the time may change about a half hour due to classes:
I will go to sleep the night before at 12:30-1:00.
Wake at 6:00 and take 1 serving whey protein,
Nitrix.
Back to sleep, wake 9:30. Eat my breakfast (2 bars)
11:20 Nitrix
12:00 Lunch (turkey sandwich, apple)
1:30 Pre lift, whey serving
4:15 Post lift MRP,
Flax oil, and Cell Mass
6:45 Nitrix
7:30 Dinner
10:00 apple/whey serving
Cellmass at bed as directed
I'm mostly worried about the intervals involved with Nitrix. Your opinions please.
