My new supplement routine...safe and effective?

I already mentioned this in another thread, but to warrant everyone's attention I decided to make a whole separate thread.

I just order Cellmass and Nitrix. Currently I am using Betagen, but i plan on switching over in the upcoming weeks. I'm 19 years old and 180 lbs. I want to know if it safe to use these products at my age, and whether or not I can still drink ABB's Adrenalyn Stack/Ripped Force or will that be too much on my heart in terms of stimulates. I also take a GNC mega men vitamin and I dont wanna take too much of anything so please help me out. I wanna lift, and I wanna get bigger, but I wanna do it right and safe. Thanks ahead of time.

My goal is lean muscle mass, and increase in strenth. I have about, 12% bodyfat if I had to guess.








I currently take a GNC multivitamin every morning, and 3 dosages of Betagen (as directed) morning, midday, and before bed. I use fish oil in my post shake, and I take another dosage of whey with an apple for a late night snack. The mornings I am usually on the run so I eat a zone bar with a scoop of whey to wash it down.

Before the gym I usually consume one half of a bottle of Adrenalyn Stack/Ripped Force by ABB to help me fuel my workout. I'm not necessarily proud of the fact that I have to rely on that, but with my hectic college schedule it's a sacrafice I've had to make.



I want to continue my usage of the multivitamin but stop Betagen. Instead of using Betagen I plan on using Cellmass and Nitrix in combinatino (as directed) with whey protein/fish oils for nutrional purposes. I'm plan to stop using the Adr. Stack/Ripped force drinks for energy.

Is this safe, and if not what do I do? I have been very patient, using only Betagen for a bout 1.5 years (off and on due to sports). I feel as though it's time for a little stronger supplement, and hence I was directed by a local ex-bodybuilder/personal trainer to combine cell mass/nitrix. I just wanna be safe, and I agree I do not want to rush things. But at the same time, I wanna be big more than you can imagine. (legally/safely/ and yes patiently)

Just eat loads good food. aint hard. obviously whey protein and creatine are a must but it aint hard to get big if you eat right, sleep well and train hard.

I wrestled in highschool with about 9%, so I figured 11-12% is where I am right now.

I do eat right, take my whey, sleep, train etc. But I'm switching supplements, (cellmass is creatine), and I just wanna make sure its safe. The nitrix is a lot bit of a novelty, but I do wanna try it and so I'm gunna give the 40 day test BSN boasts about. I just need to know if its safe.

yea its all safe to take mate...just try to stop taking them adrenaline drinks. think about it if ur hearts beatin at 60-70bmp that drink will probably make it 80-90bmp. its not cleaver doin that when ur goin to pick up some heavy weights. it is alot of strain on the heart.

yeah. i'm gunna finish the few I have left with my betagen. There is no way I'm gunna take that stuff with nitrix. although a red bull here and there maybe.

You said you take whey and an apple as a late night snack, im almost possitive that apples have fast acting sugar, and if im right you don't want that at night before sleeping.

Actually. Apples have a low glycemic load. They rate a 6 on the gylcemic load index. Thats a good source of carbs to eat.

Mario just for reference. Look on google for "glycemic load" and look for a list on it. They will rate different food products for how quick they digest in your body. You'll be surprised at some things.
