My goal is lean muscle mass, and increase in strenth. I have about, 12% bodyfat if I had to guess.
I currently take a GNC multivitamin every morning, and 3 dosages of Betagen (as directed) morning, midday, and before bed. I use fish oil in my post shake, and I take another dosage of whey with an apple for a late night snack. The mornings I am usually on the run so I eat a zone bar with a scoop of whey to wash it down.
Before the gym I usually consume one half of a bottle of Adrenalyn Stack/Ripped Force by ABB to help me fuel my workout. I'm not necessarily proud of the fact that I have to rely on that, but with my hectic college schedule it's a sacrafice I've had to make.
I want to continue my usage of the multivitamin but stop Betagen. Instead of using Betagen I plan on using
Cellmass and
Nitrix in combinatino (as directed) with whey protein/fish oils for nutrional purposes. I'm plan to stop using the Adr. Stack/Ripped force drinks for energy.
Is this safe, and if not what do I do? I have been very patient, using only Betagen for a bout 1.5 years (off and on due to sports). I feel as though it's time for a little stronger supplement, and hence I was directed by a local ex-bodybuilder/personal trainer to combine cell mass/nitrix. I just wanna be safe, and I agree I do not want to rush things. But at the same time, I wanna be big more than you can imagine. (legally/safely/ and yes patiently)
