this is damn cool but i guess it must have a flipside to it.....
higher power micronised l-glutamine . 1000g with 4.5 g of l-glutamine per serving is costing only 30$ on bodybuilding.com, whle the same qty from other companies is from 40$ onwards.

ane one who has used it pls comment on its effectiveness.....so i can decide whether to buy it or if its too good to be true.

Basically. There haven't been any concrete studies that have shown that glutamine has any anabolic effect. It does aid in burns, gastointenstinal problems and maybe immune function. But your strength increases aren't from your supplements, thats from you and your diet.

There's no substantial scientific based information to suggest that glutamine is effective in an anabolic sense. However, even if it ultimately does nothing in the strictly anabolic sense, it is still a good amino to be supplementing with for a host of other reasons, IMHO.

Glutamine

Unless of course you're on a budget for supplements that aid in goals of a bodybuilder/weightlifter/powerlifter. then your money could be better spent elsewhere.

And what's this about the creatine, taurine and glutamine having an AAS effect? I'd like to hear a bit more on what was actually said, why they believe that and cites on studies referencing this to some degree.
