is it necessary to take creatine/N.O. supplement on non lifting days as directions say to? or is it just a marketing scheme? Also is animal paks a good idea for multivitamin or is a multivitamin just a multivitamin.

on resting days u need to get as much nutrition in u as possible, but yea i use creatine n supps on non lifting days. ive never used any animal pak's products but to me multivitamins r multivitamins, animal paks probably just more expensive as usual

..using on day off is o.k. but wont hurt not to...

I never take NO supps on non lifting days ... most of them are there just to give you energy for lifting

i'd save the money and just take it on workout days, but continue taking creatine on off days
