supplements are great they are cool and all that is fine.but all that is fine for the people living in the US of A. let me just clarify , in india a 10lb whey protein from ON costs RS 4400
where the average salary of a man would be about RS 20,000.just imagine that is almost 1/5th of his income.BSN no-xplod costs RS3000.so supplements are not really a mainstream option in many parts of the world.
here is my problem, i have been gymming for 2.5 years now, my age is 22,i am a ectomorph, my weight is now 160 pound, with about 18% -20% body fat.i have been stuck in a plateau for about 6 months now and no matter what intensity techniques i use i makes no significant diffference.i take
cellmass and whey protein.and sometimes creatine.
can ne1 suggest some means for me to get thru this plateau without selling my house to buy supplements.
i eat heavy....8 egg whites a day,chicken 4 times a week ,milk evryday etc....but doesnt help.
ne1 cares to solve?
this makes me wonder how arnold in the 1970's built that body at a time when there was no whey protein, or glutamine or NO etc.
