I used No-Explode for basically a solid 6 months and when I was on it I would get a slight stomach disruption in the middle of my workout. Everyone will obviously respond to it differently so maybe you would be fine. Also, if you have a motivation problem or you can't seem to get as excited about lifting as you would like to then I would go with No-Explode because it's basically a lot of caffeine. SizeOn confused with SuperPump250 because SizeOn is an after workout supplement where as SuperPump250 and No-Explode are pre-workout shakes. I just started using Superpump250 and SizeOn and I'm almost done with both of them.......I love them both and would choose them over No-Explode (pre-workout) and Cell Mass (Post-workout) if you are looking for a pre and post combination that is.
