I have been lifting for about 3 years now and I have tried a lot of stuff to build more muscle. I eat pretty well following all the posts and magazines to the T. I am 6 foot 180 pounds Appox. 4% body fat. i lift about 5 times a week.. chest/tris.. back/bis.. legs/shoulder.. and i either throw cardio or abs in at the end of the workouts..

Currently
NOS blast - sucks
T3 - pretty much test pills before bed
Muscle Milk - not too bad..

any products suggested for some more lean muscle?

i use a musclegainer atm because of the lack of carbohydrates in my diet... MRM Isobolic Whey is good. 28g protein on 33g powder.. mix with water or milk.

i use MRM Massive Muscle Gainer Chocolate atm. works extremely good for me, and i hope everyone could use MRM so they can make even better protein in the future. the store where i buy it is 1kilometer away, but do a searh on the net and see.

My advice.....stop searching for the right supplement and go squat, deadlift, bench....increase your calorie intake. Gain yourself some sheer mass to work with, and dont get caught up in keeping it lean for now. Being 6' 180lbs you should be lifting hard and eating harder....If i were you id bulk up to 205 and THEN lean up..dont get caught up in keeping your bf% low right now, you clearly have a high metabolism and you'll lean up in no time after acquiring more muscle mass..IMO 5 days a week is overkill if your going hard....cut it down
