only because the fact that ronnie says eats gritz every morning pretty much no matter what just made me think of it..

being as i'm from NY, the only thing i know about gritz is i think they are just watery potatoes??lol i know its popular in the southern states ...and eggs white in the UK, no clue...

Heh...I just at a huge bowl of them...Velveeta cheese is the best added to it.

I usually eat it after a workout.
