i have been browzing, and looking for a certin suppliment for a while.

and finally i have found it but i can not tell which one is the best.

i got told from one of my friends about this creatine that comes in a dropper. he said he has used it with great results.

When Layne Norton says something and proceeds to back it up by science it is hard to disagree.....

Not only is he a very young natural pro but he is also working on his PhD in biochemistry so I think he knows what he is talking about.

Liquid creatine has shown to be unstable after it is mixed with liquid.

The proverbial proof is in the pudding. If you search this site alone there are numerous posts from intelligent people discounting it. I trust them. They know what they are talking about and they save me time and save me money. I don't need to try it, I believe Layne when he says something. Maybe you will soon too, but after wasting how much money?

hahaha, its not so much the taste. its just the grittyness in my mouth i cant stand. but if its what ya gotta do ita what ya gotta do.

ill try out this liquid stuff its only 30 days worth then ill go back to the powder :(

Then you haven't tried creatine ethyl ester yet. The taste will make you question how bad you really want this. But if you really want it that bad, you will be surprised what you will endure or overcome.

What grittyness? Mix it better if its too gritty or drink more water.
