what do you guys use for your pre workout supplement?


I've been using NO Xplode for a couple of weeks and I don't really see the big hype about it

do you guys know of anything better (more intense, i guess) than NO xplode?

I started trying Smash about a week ago with decent results so far.

Forget NO-Xplode, there is ~300mg of caffeine in 1 serving with only ~1g of arginine. BSN relies primarily on stimulants in NO-Xplode to get you "hyped up". I would say try N30 by MRI (tastes bad but works well), or NO Shotgun by VPX (also tastes bad but works well).
