what would be the best supplement the make my abs get bigger and harder faster, because i just read some that creatine doesnt do much for you abs and thats what i have.

i figured out u were kidding, because that is the stupidest invention ever!! lol there is no such thing as a good workout that is relaxing.. it has to be hard in order to get results...

DUDE, you're killing me here, this is obviously a joke (the picture is from the coconut scene of Kickboxer where the old guy drops a coconut about 30 feet on to Van Dammes stomach), there is NO ab supplement, period.

Loose bodyfat and do crunches, the end.


If you'd like i can be a bit more obvious with my jokes, but i thought that would kinda take the fun out of it

Supplements for abs? None. Diet, get your body fat down. You already have abs, whatever size they may be. And your both wrong the best way to get abs is this

need to really re-enforce the diet part, so many people dont undertand they can do crunches till the friggin cows come home, but if their diet isnt in check they are only going to build muscle under fat...

DIET
wen i cut n diet n wanna bring my abs out a bit more i train abs every 2 days instead of 1-2 times a week, doin nothin but weighted double crunches, 6 sets to failure.

not worth it tho if u keep on eatin them cakes n chocolates.

quick fat loss, lipo 6 liqui-caps, but it surpresses appetite more than what most fatburners do, hydroxy cut is ****, all it does is make u hyper. i felt like i was on drugs wen i tried them, lol.

so how long is ur workouts when u have 6 sets of crunches + for example back day or chest day??

ppl cry wen i say this but i weight train 7-9 times a week.

monday, am 1hr cardio, chest 4 exercises
pm shoulders 3 ex, tri's 4 ex

tuesday, am 1hr cardio, lats 4 ex
pm bi's 3 ex, calves 3 ex

wed - rest day,
AB workout in morning weighted double crunches 40-50 mins

each of my workouts r no longer than 1hr 20mins. i only train abs on resting days, normally takes no longer than 50 mins.
most days i work from home so all of this fits in my agenda perfectly.
twice a week im at the office so on these days i tend to do cardio at work, just a general walk around a park in london before lunch.

i'll post my diet at another time, it's really complexxxxxt.
