man if u want to lose weight , just do lots of cardio , when u workout try to be fast , fast reps and many of them , then short break in between , just go at it , with good diet and lats of water that will actually speed up u metabolizm , u will lost weight and look good belive me , many people that i train with did that and they had great results,
