I'm new to the board so if this has already been discussed I apologize in advance.
I am 43 years old and have been weight training seriously for about one year now. I used to weigh 220lbs and was as soft as could be. Over the past two lears I've lost a great deal of fat. I now weigh 178lbs and I am fairly lean. I am 6'00" tall. I would like to add 10 to 15 pounds of muscle over the next year or so. I take
no-xplode prior to working out and a whey protein isolate shake (post workout). I eat about five small meals a day and drink about a gallon of water a day.
Here's my question....a friend at the gym tried Tren Xtreme for one cycle (about 8 weeks) and had tremendous results. I've decided to go ahead and try a cycle myself. My question is what, if anything, should I take during the tren cycle or post cycle? I intend to follow the bottle instructions strictly (one tablet three times a day with food) and see how it goes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
