Whey protein is always good to use when you can't get enough protein in your diet, don't let anyone fool you, whey protein shakes won't make you huge. Creatine is also good to use, it restores creatine in the body. I have no idea about animal pak though.

Creatine and protein together isn't anything special, thats like eating tuna and creatine, doesn't do anything wild. How tall are you?

I'm not trying to burst your bubble here but there are no legal supplements that will make you blow up over night, your regular diet should and is the driving force behind your size.

The effects of creatine also depend on person to person, I started off creatine at the full 5 grams a serving and had no problems with my stomach, some other people do.

Animal pak looks like its a combination of multivitamins, EFAs and BCAAS, you might be able to get each one cheaper seperatly. I think there are some threads around about it as well.

yea the protein was just guna help because i dont eat alot, i take vibe for all the nutrients and vitamins i really need, but its got no protein, thats why i figured protein may be good to add in. Creatine is something im wanting to start using more than anything els, because its safe, cheap and effective so ive herd. I just dont know what will be good to take with it. And yeah i know it will take time, i plan to give it about a month or so and if i dont see any good results ill go to something new. And i am 6'1

Hello!

The "Animal Pak" is not quiet good as it seems.
I don`t trust them and the making off.
The ingredients are not quiet good and I think it doesn`t works.

Take something normal out of a store near you.

It doesn't have to be grape, thats just the first flavor that popped up. Cranberry is good too.

If you take something pre-workout that means you are taking it before your workout, post-workout means your taking it after.

Like immediatly after your working out its always a good idea to get in a protein shake with some sort of fast acting carb like regular white potatoes or white bread.

I've always added a sccop of creatine to my protein shakes, but I also take it with juice to.

yes, Whey protein can make u big. ofc u have a natural peak, after that it is juicing. i believe any protein, even concentrated as whey, will be good to reach the top.

There is no side effects to all of the supplements you take! But keep in mind that with Creatine and multivitamins you need to absorb more water! Animal Pak is one of the cheapest for the amount of all you get in one PACK! 11 f*ck*ng pills!

Animal pak is promoted towards the "Advanced lifter". Not to say that they aren't promoting it towards everyone, if you put "You shouldn't take our product unless you are a dedicated and serious etc" of course you'll get these head strong kids that rush into it.

@ BTeen

Stay away from animal pack! I bought a stack and the pills are crap....I wish I would've spent my money on something else.

Animal Pack.. not only will they make you want to vomit but they also don't work, even when they contained ephedra.

There is a animalpak that contains pro hormone stuff, at 16 you'll want to stay away from supplements like that.

Nope, it's not a prohormone. It's a mega-dosed multi vitamin, mineral, digestive enzyme, amino acid, herbal energy formula.

whey protein should be staple of your supps and creatine is better used month on month off cos creatinine levels raise fast and your body will adapt fast and stop producing its own creatine.
also animal pack is just a nutritional supp, i try animal stak and its much more potent but i think you gotta be over 18 to use it??
hope this helps man.
