I've been using
CELLMASS now for the past couple of weeks. It is the first post workout creatine I have ever taken. I have decided that post workout creatine is kind of stupid. Reason for this is you can't eat anything for up to 30-40 minutes after taking it or you risk diminishing its overall effect. When I get done working out I am starving (even though I eat a decent amount of complex carbs before starting) and I know that my muscles are also starving. Therefore, I will no longer be using CELLMASS or any other post workout creatine.
I was wondering if anybody knows of a good creatine to us? I'm not a fan of MUSCLETECH.
Has anyone ever used micronized mono? If so how did you like it?
