You should take your creatine as suggested by your creatine bottle/container.
Noexplode is alot of caffeine (they don't actually say how much) and yes it has their creatine mix (CEM3), again it doesn't say how much. If ur gonna take noexplode ONLY take b4 workout and keep taking your creatine as recommended.
Please look into benefits of vitamins and minerals, and check what ur eating before workout is low GI. Good steady energy is better for a nice workout rather than a short burst at the start of it.
