How do you take your bcaa powder? I've tried mixing it with water, but it doesn't mix and tastes like ass. I've also tried orange juice which seems a little better but again doesn't mix all that well....
I ust throw it in a shaker with some gatorade and shake it for about a minute and then drink it through the workoutfinishing about 3/4 through the workout. Also start taking it first thing in the morning if you aren't already...
