Hi guys,

How do you take your bcaa powder? I've tried mixing it with water, but it doesn't mix and tastes like ass. I've also tried orange juice which seems a little better but again doesn't mix all that well....

Any tips?

I ust throw it in a shaker with some gatorade and shake it for about a minute and then drink it through the workoutfinishing about 3/4 through the workout. Also start taking it first thing in the morning if you aren't already...

Been doing this and it does actually work pretty well, quick and can't taste it as much as when you put it into a drink/shake!

At the moment i'm taking it like this:

3-5g in the morning,
3-5g between breakfast / lunch
3-5g between lunch / dinner
3-5g before bed

On training days I'm also taking 5g before and 10g afer training.
