NO Explode-Creatine and Nitric Oxide??

I just started trying out NO Explode cause many people have told me good things..so I am trying it.

Should I stop taking either Nitric Oxide or Creatine???

Or do I just add this to my stack??

No Explode contains nitric oxide, creatine, some b vitamins, a few amino acids, and some minerals.

So yes stop taking the other creatine and nitric oxide because taking twice of what is recommend will not increase results from their use.

BUT, i been sein ppl say tht NO xplode only has 1G creatine in it...so by takin few extra G's of creatine wuldnt hurt...

i been lookin this up myself...is tht corect or am i wrong.....?

I do not see anywhere on the label where it states the amount of creatine per serving.

I have been up 38 hrs and need to sleep.

mick, NO Explode is your pre workout energy drink, do not use it as a creatine supplement because theres not enough in there (it's only in there as part of their CEM3, so small an amount that they don't even list the individual amount). Cellmass is the creatine supplement that BSN make. Gives me wiggy dreams if I have it before bed.

I personally think its cofusing what BSN have done with the naming of their products. It's amazing how many shop owners don't quite know what they all do.

imo

1st - Keep taking your creatine, but also make sure you're gettin Vitaman C (1000mg), B, Calsium and Iron.

2nd - If you want to take noexplode right b4 workout, I personally recommend some eggs, rolled oats and if you want that energy boost have a coffee. Then have your creatine and protein shake after workout.

3rd - keep supplementing L Arganine AKG of some sort (what you referred to as Nitric Oxide is actually a Nitric Oxide stimulant, it promotes Nitric Oxide Synthesis, the creation of NO in the body).

hope i've helped, i spend way more time on this post than i thought i would.

i have been told by so many people on here that muscletech supps are crap and a ripoff......

so if anyone on here has taken it and gotten really nice ressults let me know plz.

Don't take any iron unless directed by your Dr. You can die from iron toxicity and are probably not deficient. If you really want to know if you have any deficiencies then get a blood test. Although iron is the most common deficiency in the world that is mostly in under-developed and developing countries where they have substandard sources of protein and suffer from malnutrition as well.
