NO Explode is your pre workout energy drink, do not use it as a creatine supplement because theres not enough in there (it's only in there as part of their CEM3, so small an amount that they don't even list the individual amount).
Cellmass is the creatine supplement that BSN make. Gives me wiggy dreams if I have it before bed.
I personally think its cofusing what BSN have done with the naming of their products. It's amazing how many shop owners don't quite know what they all do.
imo
1st - Keep taking your creatine, but also make sure you're gettin Vitaman C (1000mg), B, Calsium and Iron.
2nd - If you want to take noexplode right b4 workout, I personally recommend some eggs, rolled oats and if you want that energy boost have a coffee. Then have your creatine and protein shake after workout.
3rd - keep supplementing L Arganine AKG of some sort (what you referred to as Nitric Oxide is actually a Nitric Oxide stimulant, it promotes Nitric Oxide Synthesis, the creation of NO in the body).
