If you re trying to build running,i suggest stop running but stick to walking on a treadmill (5-5,5 kml/h) while on incline(10-12%),it will help your heart function better and that means whatever you re eating "goes"where it;s supposed to go,it won't cost you any serious muscle loss like running does and certainly won't hurt your joints like running.don't overdo it hought 2times per week for about 25-30 minutes per session is more than enough if you re trying to gain wheight(depending always on your metabolism) |
