running dosnt make you loose weight or build muscle all it does is hurts your joints and lowers your testostarone!

If you re trying to build running,i suggest stop running but stick to walking on a treadmill (5-5,5 kml/h) while on incline(10-12%),it will help your heart function better and that means whatever you re eating "goes"where it;s supposed to go,it won't cost you any serious muscle loss like running does and certainly won't hurt your joints like running.don't overdo it hought 2times per week for about 25-30 minutes per session is more than enough if you re trying to gain wheight(depending always on your metabolism)

Running will add muscles that doesnt weigh much, at least if u are running intervals longer than 3 mins. So running is not good for gaining weight. What u should do, is eat a lot and work out ur whole body with excercises, max weight 8-12 reps. Dont forget to take a lot of protein.
