Took a trip to my local supp. shop to pick up some protein....Im movin away from the weight gainers (been takin cyto for the last few months) so i decided to go back to using ON whey....but now that ON came out with their pro-complex formula i figured id go with that....but for 15 bucks more for 1lb less it didnt seem worth it. Yes it was quite the dilemma. The guy said the qualitly justifies the heavily increased price of the pro-complex, which was obvious. In the end i reluctantly decided on the old version just because its always worked well for me.....and i got a new animalpak with the difference in price.......

i say good choice, the pro complex does have extra stuff in there but mainly just those carbs and added vitamins and **** which im sure you get anyways. i always just get the plain protein and then eat a banana or yogurt or something with it if i need the carbs.

The Animal Pack isn't bad. It is a good multi-vit. ON whey is one of the best Whey's you can buy. Go with the bigger tub rather.

Vitamins are best obtained from food. People who buy Animal Pak buy into the hype. With the amount of food any respectable bb eats the only way they would have a deficiency is if it was a secondary deficiency i.e. the food is not being properly absorbed due to poor or improper physiologic function, disease, or food drug interaction. NOT due to a primary deficiency i.e. not eating enough nutrient dense food.

A2L I used the word respectable to describe the diet, not the person or the choice to use Animal Pak. Just letting you know, no disrespect intended.
