I'm currently talking betagen and the instructions say to take the product 3 times a day. i wake up at about 10 oclock every day considering my college schedule and would like to know the best times to take the supplement. it's not as easy as breaking it up into 3 times with even splits bc i feel like i should try and take it after my workout, but then its too close to my first dose at 10.
see i wake up at 10, take a dose, then workout from about 115-330 range. if i take it at 330-415 i feel like its too early, but i heard that u should try and take it after working out.
what do you guys think?
btw, sometimes i lift at 3:15. on these days i wake up at 9. so my first dose it at 9, when should i take my second? before my lift or after? lol sorry, i'm a noob and litte confused. appreciate the patience.
