I wouldn't mess with pro hormones yet. Use creatine, whey, multi-vitamin, flax seed or efa oil. Break your meals up into as many as you can with school and everything shoot for 7-8 meals. 18 is too young imo.

Good choice on not taking steroids but pro hormones are sometimes worse. Also, I would not recommend taking individual vitamins/minerals. Take a gen. multi-vitamin and most important of all keep track of exactly what you eat and make sure your diet is solid. What you posted above was severely lacking in detail (diet wise).

You have to find what works for your body.

There are many bb food lists out there see which foods work best for your body and implement them in your diet. There is also a learning curve involved so you can make your own alterations as you advance.

Don't be afraid of books. I strongly suggest taking a nutrition class or two. I can hook you up with colleges that offer human nutrition, basic nutrition, or sports nutrition online if interested.

i agree with thefreak350,you should rely on a solid diet, you're young it takes time to build a desirable physique, but if you're dedicated it will happen sooner or later.remember what works for someone doesn't mean it 'll work for you.you should educate yourself, read books, watch dvd,or take advice from an expert etc,but in the end find out what works for you, exclude from your program what doesn't.I and everybody here can't really tell you what's effective for you,we can only give an advice or two,but ultimately it's your choise and you must now yourself above all.now as for steroids or ph,i started using them since i was 17,back then i was a competitive wheight lifter,i ve regretted ever doing it.

Do some research Jonathan and listen to people's advice like Gogeta and other's on here who have made bad decisions, regret it, and are trying to help you.

At 17 your body is still growing and developing. Taking steroids or ph has many negative physiologic impacts at this stage in life that one cannot reverse.
