congratuations your single handedly keeping the supplement industry in business! I would think because your only 18 there is no need for all those natural test boosters. I would also be off the opinion all you need is protein, creatine & a muti vit. But thats just my opinion sure staying buying into the hype!

Dude you are 18. Why the hell are you using all these test boosters?? You have so much test coming from your own body right now that its not needed. Whey, multi and creatine my friend. Don't get lost in the supplement world, you'll be better off with food.

At 18, you are too young for Havoc. Please wait until you are a minimum of 21.

Taking havoc at your age could cause permanent damage to your body. Havoc is the real thing. It shouldn't be touched by anyone whose body is still maturing (certain important physiological processes don't mature until well after adolescence).

I agree it is a nice and organized post. Wait a few years though for Havoc if at all.

What kind of doctor suggests to n 18year old with supposed low test and high estrogen levels to supplemante with so many test boosters?normally you should try to elevate your test and lower your estr. by a solid food meal plan, proper training and sleep.but you need proper food and lots, lots, lots of it,trust me.if you're allready visiting a doctor, try a 2nd opinion,or else visit a real doctor that specializes in conditions like yours.you're too young to play with your self.before bodybuilding i was a competitive weightlifter at the Greek national team and i played with my health mack then when i was your age to be top 10 in the world ages 16-21.i've regretted doing that now

Although he needs a doctor to order the blood test that does not mean that the doctor suggested that. I am sure he prescribed his own supplementation. Assuming he even had a blood test performed..

I agree with you though Gogeta def. not worth it.

I assumed you had your blood tested since saying that your test levels are low and estr high, but if not,the freak350 is right, you should definetely check it,if you can afford it try getting asecond above all pro. opinion.and def you should never listen to some supposed expert in your gym that suggest you to take these supplements because they say by simple looking at you that your test levels are low and estr jigh.supplements are what they say they are, they supplement a solid food meal plan,a proper one,you can get all your proein, carbs etc, even have your test levels risen by having a proper solid food meal plan and hard work, supplememts can only attribute a little to your physique, but def never do all the work themselves.

Are you implying you have had no blood tests? At 18, your test is probably high. You do not know it is low until you have had a blood test to confirm.

Where is the fat in your diet? I remember the flax seed oil pills from above but if you are trying to put on mass you should increase your fat intake. Is the rice brown? I would break the 2C of rice up. Do 1C at 10 and 1C at 13. You should also add a medium digesting carb at 17 and 19 to help fill glycogen stores.

well you have frequency,i suggest having a variety of amino acids in your meal plan and by that i mean for a protein source keep 1 meal chicken breast, introduce fish like salmon or tuna for another meal, another meal consisting of egg protein, another meal with fat free red meal etc all in the same day.same goes for your carbs(whole wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes etc),as for fat it derives from your fish, meat.introducing some almonds and nuts and maybe supplementing with flaxseed oils or omega3-6 fatty acids should do wonters to an 18year old like you.

Dude, wheat is a big no no. Wheat contains plant eostrogens and this intern puts eostrogens in your body. This = more fat storage + weaker muscles. I see what you mean though.
