I read this arcticle about the PWO shake

Window of Opportunity By Adam Knowlden

The guy seems that he knows what hes saying, although he is the only person who says that the PWO shake should be consumed half of it emediately and the other half slowly for 45-60 minutes!
Is that true? What are your opinions on this? Why shouldnt the PWO shake consumed all together at once after training?

Thanks
