I was thinking about going back on creatine, i've taken cellmass in the past i had pretty good results with that. Now im debating on cellmass or green mag. Has anyone taken green mag and how was it? Or do you think I would be better off with 100% creatine instead of the other two? Also how long should I wait between creatine? I was thinking 2 months on 1 month off. Thanks Alot.

2 months on and 1 month off is generally a good cycle. i personally go for 100% creatine monohydrate. it is ALOT cheaper than cellmass and green mag and is less of a problem to ingest. just be sure to drink plenty of water.

Get some bulk creatine ethyl esther from a board sponsor. Cheap and effective.

After taking some CEE supplements, I have found no difference in them compared to Mono. My favorite is a blend of creatines (mono,tri-malate,AKG,) with dextrose. Vitargo is a really good one.

so which form of creatine is the best. is just regular old cre. mono. still king or are some of the newer forms taking the lead. also, what are the differences in the effectiveness of each type? is it just absorbtion rate or overall effectiveness?

You got it. For maximum strength and performance though, I would take a serving pre and post workout. Dextrose also heightens the effect of creatine because it "spikes" your insulin levels. This gives your body a short anabolic window where the nutrients that are taken into your body are really driven hard into your muscle cells. Plus you need to restore your glycogen levels anyway.
