If your looking for the highest quality and taste go with Beverly International's Mass Maker and Ultra-Size.
Cytogainer by Cytosport doesn't even come close for quality compared with Beverly!

I agree. I've tried a lot of gainers but nlarge II is the best of the best.

My favorite is home made. Not only because I'm a cheap bastard, but I know exactly what is in it and I can adjust the macros to however I see fit.

What I do is grind up a dry cup of oatmeal in a coffee grinder. I dont try to grind it up untill it it's like flour, but just a little coarser than that. Put that into a shaker bottle with a couple scoops of yuour favorite protein, add 2-4 tablespoons of ground flax seed and you're all set.

Macros breakdown as follows:
Protein: 60g
Carbs:66g
Fats:14.6g (using 2 tablespoons flax)
cals:615

If you need more cals, use milk instead of water.

When I first started training, about just five year's ago. I knew I had to do something about my weight. I was 125 Ibs. And I tried every weight gainer on the market. I mean everthing. Then I came across without a dought the best. PROLAB'S N-LARGE 2. You even have to be carefull. If your not careful you will gain to much to fast. Within 2 months I put on around 18 lbs of legit muscle.

Try drinking more milk. There is really nothing special about these weight gain drinks. It is just easier to get the extra calories with liquids rather than solid food.

I find it easier to eat more if my diet is a little relaxed. i.e include a little pizza and burgers as well as getting lots of fruit and vegetables.

Althought it would be nice its pretty much impossible to gain 18pounds of muscle in 2 months, Pro's on a grocerie list of chemicals only gain around 5-10 pounds a year.
