i was wondering if there is a supplement(s) that would help me build muscle but stay at my current weight (or even loose a little) by just loosing fat so i can improve my running as well. is there a creatin, shake, or pill that will help. just so we're clear though, im not looking for a magic pill. i go to the gym 5-6 times a week with lots of cardio. i dont necessarily diet, but i dont eat "junk" food. i just want to optimize my body. |
