i was wondering if there is a supplement(s) that would help me build muscle but stay at my current weight (or even loose a little) by just loosing fat so i can improve my running as well. is there a creatin, shake, or pill that will help. just so we're clear though, im not looking for a magic pill. i go to the gym 5-6 times a week with lots of cardio. i dont necessarily diet, but i dont eat "junk" food. i just want to optimize my body.

Workout, if you add muscle and lose at, your body fat percentage will go down but you can only do that so long eventually you will gain weight... why dont you want to gain any weight?
